In a burning city at the end of the world, a delivery driver must journey to visit his ailing father before it’s too late.
While working at an agency in downtown LA, I thought my mind cracked. I was overworked - guzzling energy drinks, sleeping at the office, and eventually collapsing one night repeatedly on my head. I had full-blown panic attacks and was secretly convinced that I had Cotard’s delusion. My ultimate horror was that I was stuck living this awful daily cycle of work in an endless loop that I was doomed to repeat forever.
That horror never fully left me.
This short film is an attempt to exorcise that demon.
